Strong leadership skills and experience with medical device plastics injection molding are ideal for this direct-hire role. Responsibilities of the Engineering Manager, Program Management and Tooling Oversee the full lifecycle of key programs from concept to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget Define program objectives, success criteria, and KPIs, and provide regular status updates to senior management Lead the design, development, and optimization of tools that meet customer requirements and enhance operational efficiencies Oversee the integration of tools into existing systems and processes; identify and propose improvements Lead and mentor team of tooling technicians, program managers, and manufacturing engineers Lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute deliverables Maintain comprehensive documentation Qualifications of the Engineering Manager, Program Management and Tooling BS in Plastics Engineering and 5+ years of relevant technical field experience in a manufacturing environment, or equivalent combination of education and experience Should have relevant experience in a regulated industry (medical, automotive, electronics) - medical preferred Knowledge of plastics materials (engineering and commodity grades) Sound knowledge of manufacturing methods and processes used in plastics and the injection molding industry We look forward to connecting with you about this Engineering Manager, Program Management and Tooling opportunity!
