DIRECTOR OF ENGINEERING

Our client is seeking an accomplished Engineering Director to spearhead engineering activities, enhancing production methods, and driving process improvements within our contract packaging operations. Qualified candidates will have the following: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field. Over 4 years of experience working with packaging equipment (preferably an FDA regulated environment). Strong background in electrical and mechanical systems. Proven track record in leading capital projects from conception through execution. Ability to manage complex vendor relationships and equipment specifications. Skilled in process development, preventative maintenance, and operational efficiency. Experience with quality, safety, and regulatory compliance in an engineering environment. Competence in troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and strategic planning. Excellent communication skills with the ability to foster stakeholder relationships.
