full-time Engineering Manager - Aerospace/Defense Manufacturing | Wharton, NJ We are partnering with a Fortune 500 Aerospace/Defense manufacturer located just outside Wharton, NJ to identify an Engineering Manager to join their leadership team. This is a high-impact opportunity for an experienced engineering leader to drive continuous improvement, lead capital projects, and oversee the plant's engineering team.
What You'll Do:
Drive production process improvements through Lean and Continuous Improvement initiatives Lead and manage CAPEX (capital expenditure) projects from planning through execution Oversee and provide leadership to the plant's engineering team Partner cross-functionally with operations, quality, and leadership to align engineering initiatives with production goals Champion a culture of continuous improvement and technical excellence across the facility
What We're Looking For:
Proven experience in an Engineering Manager or senior engineering leadership role within a manufacturing environment (Aerospace/Defense experience strongly preferred) Demonstrated success leading Lean/Continuous Improvement initiatives Experience managing CAPEX projects Strong leadership skills with experience overseeing engineering teams Familiarity with AS9100 and other aerospace industry standards a plus

Salary:
$175,000 - $190,000 Excellent benefits package Full relocation assistance provided Bonus program
