Job Description Lead, coach, and develop a multidisciplinary engineering team spanning RF and mechanical disciplines, fostering high performance, accountability, and technical excellence Own the full engineering lifecycle across new product development, sustaining engineering, and continuous improvement initiatives Set clear technical direction, establish design standards, and ensure robust engineering processes aligned with industry and regulatory requirements Balance people leadership with hands‑on technical judgement, providing guidance on complex design, trade‑off, and risk decisions Plan and allocate engineering resources across multiple concurrent programmes to meet cost, schedule, and quality objectives Partner closely with sales, business development, and operations to define technology roadmaps and support long‑term growth Serve as a senior technical interface for customers, supporting design reviews, problem resolution, and strategic engagements Lead engineering input into proposals, cost estimates, and program planning activities Manage engineering budgets, including IR D investment, funded development work, and sustaining activities Drive a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and operational discipline across the engineering organization MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. The Successful Applicant Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, or similar discipline Master's degree in Electrical Engineering with RF focus preferred 10+ years of engineering experience in relevant industry.
