Job Description

Job Description/ Position Overview A senior-level Certified Alteryx Developer with deep expertise in SQL, Snowflake, SAP HANA, Tableau, and Power BI is needed to lead advanced analytics, data engineering, and automation initiatives within a global aerospace manufacturing environment. This role drives end to end data solutions—from ingestion and transformation to visualization and operational deployment—supporting Revenue Forecast, Tariff Impacts, manufacturing optimization, supply chain efficiency, quality engineering and regulatory compliance. Key Responsibilities Alteryx Development & Automation
  • Design, build, and optimize complex Alteryx workflows, macros, and analytic apps for large-scale manufacturing and supply chain datasets.
  • Implement automation frameworks to streamline data preparation, blending, and advanced analytics across engineering, operations, and finance teams.
  • Ensure best practices in workflow governance, version control, documentation, and performance tuning. Data Engineering & Database Expertise
  • Develop and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and data pipelines for high volume aerospace manufacturing data.
  • Architect and maintain scalable data models in Snowflake and SAP HANA, ensuring efficient data ingestion, transformation, and retrieval.
  • Collaborate with IT and data platform teams to enhance data architecture, security, and integration standards. Business Intelligence & Visualization
  • Build interactive dashboards and analytical models using Tableau and Power BI to support KPIs across production, quality, supply chain, and MRO (Maintenance, Repair & Overhaul).
  • Translate complex datasets into actionable insights for engineering leaders, program managers, and manufacturing executives.
  • Establish visualization standards and mentor teams on best practices. Aerospace Manufacturing Analytics
  • Support analytics for production planning, inventory optimization, quality control, non conformance analysis, and regulatory reporting.
  • Work with cross functional teams to identify data-driven opportunities to improve throughput, reduce scrap/rework, and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with aerospace industry standards (AS9100, ITAR, etc.) in data handling and reporting. Leadership & Collaboration
  • Lead data-driven initiatives and mentor junior developers, analysts, and engineers.
  • Partner with manufacturing engineering, supply chain, quality, and program management teams to define requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
  • Communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders with clarity and impact. Required Qualifications
  • 12+ years of experience in data analytics, data engineering, or BI development, preferably in aerospace or complex manufacturing.
  • Alteryx D esigner Core and Advanced Certification (Expert-level preferred).
  • Strong proficiency in SQL, including performance tuning and complex query development.
  • Hands-on experience with Snowflake and
SAP HANA
data modeling and pipeline development.
  • Advanced dashboard development skills in Tableau and Power BI.
  • Deep understanding of manufacturing processes, ERP/MES systems, and aerospace data structures.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional analytics initiatives in a fast-paced engineering environment. Preferred Skills
  • Experience with Python or R for advanced analytics.
  • Familiarity with
SAP ECC/S4, MES
platforms, or PLM systems (e.g., Teamcenter).
  • Knowledge of predictive analytics, machine learning, or statistical modeling.
  • Experience supporting digital transformation or Industry 4.

Base Salary Range :
$110,000 to $150,000
