An Engineering Program Manager provides support and/or lead teams through the Engineering development process and implementation of company's products. Projects are typically shorter-term, less complex and more contained with a defined time frame. Programs are typically longer-term, multi-functional, multi-project with complex requirements and effort. Manage activities, resource capability, schedules, budgets, and ensure cross company communications to facilitate product completion on schedule within budget. Work with engineering management to identify and improve process and program efficiencies.

ABP Minimum Education and Experience Bachelor's degree in engineering or a STEM field and at least 2 years of experience with community outreach programs. Certifications/Licenses A valid driver's license would be required for this position. Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Experience with engineering design, analysis, prototyping, or testing. Familiarity with ABET outcomes and engineering education practices. Experience working with community organizations or service-learning contexts. Excellent oral/written communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences. Strong organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple projects. Preferred Qualifications 3 years of experience with community outreach programs (e.g., Engineers Without Borders, EPICS, Habitat for Humanity builds with engineering components). Experience with digital badging or other credentialing systems in higher education. Experience coordinating community-engaged or experiential learning programs. Familiarity with sustainability, ethics in design, or community-partnered research. Equipment Utilized CAD/CAE/analysis tools (MATLAB, SolidWorks, COMSOL/FEA), Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, Teams), LMS platforms, Qualtrics, python, and assessment tools.
