Project Managers - Critical Infrastructure DataOne Construction is a self-performing general contractor operating in all 50 states, delivering complex commercial, industrial, and mission-critical projects with an annual scope of approximately $200M. We're growing our critical infrastructure team and looking to fill the following Project Manager roles: Project Manager Lead early-stage planning and utility coordination for mission-critical projects — bridging design, engineering, utility providers, and field operations from concept through construction handoff. Electrical scope What you'll do: Lead preconstruction planning, budgeting, scheduling, and constructability reviews Serve as primary contact with utility providers on capacity, interconnections, and infrastructure upgrades Manage utility applications, permitting, and long-lead equipment procurement Partner with self-perform trade teams to ensure smooth transition into execution What you bring: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or equivalent experience PMP Certification 5-7+ years in preconstruction/project management, commercial or industrial construction Experience coordinating with utility providers on critical infrastructure Familiarity with mission-critical facilities (data centers or advanced manufacturing) a plus

Pay:

$85,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
