Summary:

Seeking an Engineering Manager to lead technical teams in manufacturing, supply chain, and sustaining engineering, focusing on production issues resolution and value engineering.

Requirements:

BS in Engineering with 12+ years of experience or Graduate Degree with 9+ years of experience. Proven leadership experience managing engineering teams. Strong background in electrical engineering design and test equipment.

Preferred Skills:

Advanced EE degree preferred. Experience with aerospace, military, or space-based electronic designs.

Responsibilities:

Manage, recruit, mentor, and develop engineers and technicians. Serve as manufacturing expert for New Product Development (NPD). Lead troubleshooting and corrective actions for production issues. Plan development activities and manage project schedules. Write technical specifications and coordinate testing.
