An Engineering Program Manager provides support and/or lead teams through the Engineering development process and implementation of company's products. Projects are typically shorter-term, less complex and more contained with a defined time frame. Programs are typically longer-term, multi-functional, multi-project with complex requirements and effort. Manage activities, resource capability, schedules, budgets, and ensure cross company communications to facilitate product completion on schedule within budget. Work with engineering management to identify and improve process and program efficiencies.

Our Entry Level Programs are designed to provide set of experiences within various Engineering areas and disciplines, where participants are also exposed to a variety of networking opportunities and strategic project initiatives. Our Entry Level Programs may provide an opportunity to work in cross-functional and/or cross-site rotational assignments.Flexibility:
Our Entry Level Programs provide a great deal of flexibility and choice for program participants, including participant input into 2nd and 3rd rotational assignments, based on business need and availability.Education:
Pursuant of graduate degree on a part-time basis is encouraged or required for certain Entry Level Programs. The school and specific technical degree is flexible based on applicability to the business and the candidate's desired career path. BAE Systems provides tuition assistance for this degree.Mentorship:
Each program provides an opportunity for mentorship from business and technical leaders, which helps expose participants to challenging experiences, while providing guidance in choosing rotations, career development, and off-program placement. Personal growth : Our programs seeks to facilitate the growth of an individual's leadership skills through various special assignments, modules taught by business and technical leaders, and potential participation in specialized company-wide development conferences. Our Entry Level Programs are three-year programs designed to develop high potential, entry-level individuals into future leaders. You'll have the opportunity to experience assignments in several operational functions, business areas, and product groups. Rotational examples include : Analog/Digital Design Power Supply Design Power & Energy Management Mechanical Engineering Product Design Test/Verification Engineering Production and Aftermarket Support Systems Engineering Project Engineering Management Software Engineering and Development Components Engineering Support Required Education, Experience, & Skills Undergraduate or Graduate degree in Engineering Capacity and motivation for hard work Desire to gain a strong technical foundation Demonstrated teamwork and leadership abilities in academic and non-academic pursuits Outstanding communication and presentation skills Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills Undergraduate or Graduate degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Power Electronics or another related field Participation in a variety of extracurricular activities Internship/Co-Op or project experience in related field An interest in sustainability, energy storage and power electronics.Pay Information Full-Time Salary Range:
$59023 - $100339 Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.Employee Benefits:
