Execute multiple concurrent capital programs ranging from $500K to $50MM+. Manage capital budgets, forecasts, change controls, and cost-to-complete reporting across the portfolio. Drive site readiness by integrating Engineering, Manufacturing, Maintenance, Quality, and Supply Chain to align project delivery with production needs. In charge of commissioning, qualification, startup, and operational handoff for a clean transition to stable operations. Lead cross-functional teams and drive proactive risk identification and mitigation. Requirements BS Engineering required. MS in Engineering or Business preferred. Minimum 10 years of experience in engineering, capital projects, or program management. Experience leading site expansion or capacity growth projects in a highly regulated industry (pharma, medical device, cosmetics, food/beverage, or chemical). Strong knowledge of project controls, scheduling, budgeting, risk management, and capital governance. Experience with commissioning, qualification, startup, and operational handoff. Professional Engineer (PE) License a plus. #ERGx
