Senior Engineering Manager - Capital Projects Engineering Resource Group - 4.7 Nyack, NY Job Details Full-time $160,000 - $170,000 a year 2 days ago Qualifications Project change management Project management in manufacturing Schedule management Bachelor's degree in engineering Engineering project budget management Operational risk mitigation Managing projects Commissioning phase involvement Industrial plant projects Construction project budgeting Project risk management Program budgeting Capital budget management Full Job Description Description Permanent position for a Senior Capital Projects Manager to lead capital program execution across multiple manufacturing sites, including expansion of an existing facility and bring-up of a newly acquired site to manufacturing spec. Execute multiple concurrent capital programs ranging from $500K to $50MM+. Manage capital budgets, forecasts, change controls, and cost-to-complete reporting across the portfolio. Drive site readiness by integrating Engineering, Manufacturing, Maintenance, Quality, and Supply Chain to align project delivery with production needs. In charge of commissioning, qualification, startup, and operational handoff for a clean transition to stable operations. Lead cross-functional teams and drive proactive risk identification and mitigation. Requirements BS Engineering required. MS in Engineering or Business preferred. Minimum 10 years of experience in engineering, capital projects, or program management. Experience leading site expansion or capacity growth projects in a highly regulated industry (pharma, medical device, cosmetics, food/beverage, or chemical). Strong knowledge of project controls, scheduling, budgeting, risk management, and capital governance. Experience with commissioning, qualification, startup, and operational handoff. Professional Engineer (PE) License a plus. #ERGx
