This role will support long-term growth by improving infrastructure, integrating new equipment and products, and ensuring operations meet safety, quality, and GMP requirements. Key Responsibilities Develop and manage a multi-year capital investment plan Lead facility, equipment, and infrastructure projects from concept through startup Deliver projects on schedule, within budget, and according to performance requirements Standardize equipment specifications and engineering practices across locations Identify automation opportunities that improve productivity, quality, and labor efficiency Partner with Operations, R D, Quality, Supply Chain, and site leadership Support complex troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and equipment reliability improvements Improve OEE and manufacturing process consistency Lead and develop the engineering team Select and manage equipment vendors, contractors, and engineering firms Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering 10-12 years of progressive engineering experience within a manufacturing environment Proven capital project management experience Strong knowledge of automation and manufacturing improvement projects Familiarity with FDA, cGMP, OSHA, and Lean Manufacturing requirements Experience leading engineering teams and working across multiple facilities Strong vendor management, negotiation, communication, and decision-making skills Ability to balance hands-on technical involvement with strategic leadership #HP123
