Job Description

## Standard Job Description Coordinates planning, organization, control, integration and completion of engineering projects within area of assigned responsibility. Plans and formulates engineering program; reviews product design for compliance with engineering principles, company standards, customer contract requirements, and related specifications. Evaluates and approves design changes, specification and drawing releases. Coordinates activities concerned with technical developments, scheduling, and resolving engineering design and test problems. ## Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Engineering, Operations Management, or related field
  • ≥ 3 years' hands‑on experience building and managing complex schedules in Microsoft Project/Jira/equivalent
  • Earned Value Methodology experience
  • US Citizen
  • Working knowledge or experience supporting proposal or Basis of Estimate (BOE) activities ## Desired Skills
  • 5+ years in a manufacturing environment
  • Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma Tools
  • Proven experience summarizing complex projects to leadership
  • Risk and Opportunity Management experience
Pay Information Full-Time Salary Range:

Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
