Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Mechanical Project Manager at our Latham, NY location. The Mechanical Project Manager will oversee project planning and execution, ensure adherence to schedules and budgets, coordinate with clients and contractors, and manage procurement activities. Responsibilities also include supervising the installation of mechanical systems, providing technical expertise, and maintaining compliance with industry standards and safety regulations. Qualifications Expertise in Building Services and Plumbing for commercial and industrial projects Proficiency in Procurement and Budgeting principles and processes Strong understanding of Mechanical Engineering concepts and best practices Excellent project management, organizational, and communication skills Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field preferred Previous experience in mechanical contracting or construction project management is highly desirable Familiarity with safety regulations and practices in the mechanical contracting industry
