full-time The Sr. Global Quality Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and leading the company's global quality strategy across all manufacturing operations and supply chain partners and travel to our facilities in Asia, Canada, and Mexico. This role ensures that all corrugated and related products consistently meet customer requirements, regulatory standards, and internal quality expectations. The Manager, Global Quality will oversee a team of 10 quality professionals and will drive continuous improvement initiatives throughout manufacturing facilities and supplier networks. The successful candidate will be a hands-on leader capable of building a culture of quality, reducing defects, improving process capability, strengthening supplier performance, and enhancing customer satisfaction. To be considered for this role, you must be authorized to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship, either now or at any point in the future. We are unable to sponsor work visas for this position. Key Responsibilities Quality Management & Product Quality Develop and execute a comprehensive global quality strategy aligned with business objectives. Establish and maintain quality standards for corrugated packaging products and manufacturing processes. Lead quality assurance and quality control programs across multiple manufacturing facilities. Analyze quality metrics, customer complaints, internal defects, and non-conformances to identify trends and implement corrective actions. Ensure compliance with applicable industry standards, customer specifications, and regulatory requirements. Drive root cause analysis and corrective/preventive action (CAPA) processes for quality issues. Lead continuous improvement initiatives utilizing Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and statistical process control methodologies. Partner with Operations, Engineering, and Product Development teams to improve product quality and manufacturing efficiency. Supplier Quality Management Establish supplier quality requirements, performance expectations, and qualification processes. Develop and maintain supplier audit programs. Monitor supplier quality performance through scorecards, key performance indicators, and regular reviews. Collaborate with suppliers to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions. Lead supplier development initiatives focused on improving quality, reliability, and consistency of raw materials and components. Ensure suppliers meet company quality, sustainability, and regulatory requirements. Leadership & Team Development Lead, coach, and develop a team of 10 quality professionals located across multiple manufacturing sites. Establish performance objectives and development plans for team members. Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Promote best-practice sharing across facilities and regions. Build strong cross-functional relationships with Operations, Procurement, Engineering, Customer Service, and Commercial teams. Qualifications Required Education & Experience Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Industrial Technology, or a related field. Minimum 8-10 years of progressive quality leadership experience within manufacturing. Minimum 3 years of leadership experience managing quality teams. Experience in corrugated products or related industrial manufacturing environments. Proven experience managing supplier quality programs and supplier audits. Strong understanding of quality systems, statistical analysis, and continuous improvement methodologies. Preferred Qualifications Master's degree in a related field. ASQ certifications such as Certified Quality Manager (CMQ/OE), Certified Quality Engineer (CQE), or equivalent. Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, Black Belt, or equivalent certification. Experience leading quality initiatives across multiple manufacturing locations internationally.
