Job Description

Job Description Flexjet is seeking a Director of AI Engineering to lead our AI initiatives and drive innovation in our operations. This role will be pivotal in shaping the future of our technology and enhancing our service offerings. As the Director of AI Engineering, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of AI solutions that improve operational efficiency and customer experience. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for AI integration and ensure alignment with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the AI engineering team in developing innovative AI solutions. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify AI opportunities across the organization. Oversee the design and implementation of AI models and algorithms. Ensure the quality and performance of AI systems. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in AI technology. Manage project timelines and deliverables. Provide mentorship and guidance to team members. Communicate AI strategies and results to executive leadership.

Qualifications:

Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. 5+ years of experience in AI engineering or related roles. Strong knowledge of machine learning algorithms and frameworks. Experience with programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++. Proven track record of leading successful AI projects. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
