Job Description Lead, mentor, and develop a team of engineers and technical staff Set clear performance expectations, conduct reviews, and support professional development Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement Lead and manage engineering projects from concept through implementation Develop project timelines, budgets, and resource plans Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure projects are completed on time and within scope Ensure engineering activities comply with internal standards, customer requirements, and applicable regulations Partner with Quality and Operations to support audits, corrective actions, and continuous improvement initiatives Promote safe work practices and ensure designs and processes meet safety requirements Key Requirements 5+ years of engineering experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment 2+ years of engineering leadership or management experience Strong understanding of manufacturing processes Ability to lead teams and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Experience in equipment or machinery manufacturing Lean manufacturing / Six Sigma experience Familiarity with CAD software (Solidworks or Inventor)
