• What You'll Do
• + Develop and maintain client relationships as the primary contact for municipal projects + Strategize, scope, and budget projects; manage schedules and budgets + Supervise and coordinate multidisciplinary teams and sub-consultants + Prepare proposals and attend public meetings + Evaluate staff performance and establish QA/QC procedures to ensure technical excellence
• What You Bring
• + Ohio Licensed Professional Engineer (preferred) + BS in Civil Engineering (preferred) + 4+ years' relevant experience + Exceptional business and client service skills + Strong organizational and time management abilities + Excellent written and oral communication skills + Collaborative, self-starting attitude + Experience in planning, funding, design, and construction management for municipal infrastructure •

Salary Range:

• The starting salary for this position is $90,000, with final compensation determined based on qualifications, experience, and licensing status.
