Join an industry leader in precision environmental and air quality monitoring for a 6-month contract opportunity that allows you to work remotely—with occasional travel to Oregon. Our company specializes in designing and manufacturing state-of-the-art sensors, handheld devices, and automated monitoring systems, empowering researchers, regulators, and industrial leaders to accurately measure airborne particulate matter, gases, and meteorological conditions. Key Responsibilities:
Manage cross-functional projects with a strong focus on cost controls, budget tracking, and financial accountability. Collaborate with teams on Bill of Materials (BOMs) and provide expert supply chain negotiation to ensure best pricing and terms. Oversee procurement and vendor engagement—including turnkey PCB board sourcing and management of board house relationships. Coordinate with engineering, supply chain, and production teams to keep projects on schedule and within budget. Communicate project status, risks, and solutions clearly across stakeholders.
What We're Looking For:
Demonstrated experience managing projects with cost control and supply chain responsibilities. Hands-on expertise creating, reviewing, and managing BOMs within a technical or manufacturing environment. Knowledge and experience working with turnkey PCB vendors or board houses. Confident negotiator with suppliers and vendors; experience driving cost savings while maintaining quality and delivery. Strong organizational and communication skills—able to keep remote teams aligned. Based on the West Coast (preferred) and open to occasional travel to Oregon.
