What You'll Own Lead Electrical, Mechanical, and Product Engineering teams Drive product roadmap execution and new product development initiatives Oversee power electronics architecture, design, testing, and commercialization Establish engineering standards, processes, and best practices Partner cross-functionally with software, operations, manufacturing, and commercial teams Build, mentor, and develop high-performing engineering organizations ? Ideal Background 10+ years of power electronics product development experience 5+ years leading engineering teams Expertise in AC-DC, DC-AC, and DC-DC power conversion Experience with energy storage, power infrastructure, UPS, solar, EV, or related technologies Proven success leading products from concept to market Strong understanding of grid-connected power systems B.S. in Electrical Engineering required; advanced degree preferred ????
