Description A Industrial Engineering Manager wanted by Ecopax LLC in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania.

Job duties:

• Lead certification and audit efforts for ISO 9001 and SQF compliance.
• Analyze production data and workflows to identify improvement opportunities, determine root causes, and implement sustainable process changes.
• Monitor the progress of improvement initiatives, evaluate results, and make adjustments as needed to ensure success.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, communicate effectively with operators and management, and support organizational change initiatives.
• Develop training materials and deliver training on new manufacturing practices, methodologies, and continuous improvement principles.
• Use data analysis tools and techniques to support decision-making and measure the effectiveness of improvement efforts.
• Apply problem-solving methodologies such as 8-D and value stream analysis to resolve issues and identify improvement opportunities.
• Implement and sustain Lean Manufacturing principles, 5S practices, and Kaizen events to promote a culture of continuous improvement.

Education, Experience and Knowledge Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or a foreign equivalent degree in Industrial Engineering Must have at least two (2) years of experience in ISO compliance and implementation of quality standards Must have knowledge of Root Cause Analysis, Lean methodologies, process optimization, Statistical Process Control, risk analysis, 5S, Kaizen Please send resume to Careers@ecopaxinc.
