JMT is seeking a Construction Engineer/Manager to be responsible for providing Construction Management services in the Central Pennsylvania region. Essential functions and responsibilities Provide Construction Management Services including conducting meetings, coordinate with stakeholders, prepare reports, track project schedules, and provide regular oversight to construction projects
Perform constructability reviews
Provide oversight into budget tracking and project staffing
Assist with project QA/QC
Maintains and builds client relationships
Development of Statements of Interest/Proposals Required Skills Strong computer literacy skills
Strong verbal and written communications skills
Practical construction management capabilities
Active driver's license and reliable motor vehicle Must successfully complete and pass JMT's Motor Vehicle screening Required Experience Experience working with local clients including PennDOT, PTC, and local municipalities and entities
