40.0 Responsibilities Oversee the design, drafting, and engineering execution of custom pressure vessels, storage tanks, and industrial process equipment. Direct a team of mechanical and design engineers across technical projects from initial concept through fabrication and installation. Perform and verify technical calculations involving vessel wall thickness, vacuum design, structural supports, thermal expansion, and finite element analysis (FEA). Ensure all equipment designs adhere strictly to ASME Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code, API standards, and related industry guidelines. Review and approve detailed fabrication drawings, assembly schematics, manufacturing documentation, and bills of materials (BOMs). Troubleshoot technical, fabrication, and field installation challenges to provide practical engineering solutions. Standardize design workflows and optimize internal engineering practices for continuous operational improvement. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a closely related technical field. Proven track record leading engineering projects within a manufacturing or industrial environment. Deep technical expertise in mechanical design principles specific to pressure vessels, storage tanks, heat exchangers, or packaged fluid/steam systems. Practical working knowledge of ASME Section

620, or equivalent industry codes. Strong background performing structural, thermal, and mechanical stress calculations.
