Project Managers are responsible for oversight and management of the entire project delivery process and coordination with other discipline(s) internal or external to BL Companies.
Responsibilities Include:
Managing client relationships Determining and guiding overall project direction Driving and overseeing all technical and design aspects of project Managing resources and productivity Determining, enforcing and meeting deadlines Maintaining project quality and design standards for basic to moderately complex projects that are primarily within a single discipline Building strong client relationship and presenting at public meetings are essential to this position
Required Experience:
PE License 10+ years experience in Land Development, Retail, & Commercial. Strong communications skills Supervision of full time staff
