Conshohocken, Pennsylvania job type: Permanent salary: $162,240 - 224,640 per year work hours: 8am to 4pm education: Bachelors responsibilities: Manage a regional team of approximately 20 engineers and designers for Our Client across multiple projects at various stages of design development and construction. Interface directly with clients to understand project scopes and lead multidiscipline teams in completing early feasibility and concept studies. Develop and actively manage regional staffing plans, project estimates, and cost reports for prospective and ongoing projects. Lead department meetings to communicate business strategies, coordinate activities, and address workforce planning needs. Report to Our Client's Electrical Engineering Department Director to align strategies, coordinate proposals, and escalate strategic technical challenges.
