Job Description
Develop and own Tech Roadmap for VAVE (Value Analysis/Value Engineering) -blended with NPI Tech Roadmap. Deliver projects that result in optimized product design, manufacturing processes, and cost structures to enhance overall value. Collaborate with design, manufacturing, and procurement teams to implement cost-effective solutions without compromising product quality or performance. Management of a diverse global engineering team to accelerate engineering development Requires a Bachelor's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Engineering (any) or a directly related field plus seven (7) years of engineering responsibility including project management. Five (5) years of experience in the following (experience may be gained concurrently): Development of and tracking effective engineering metrics to drive projects to successful completion Collaborating with manufacturing locations to coordinate successful product launches while meeting project schedules. Documenting, planning, executing, managing and controlling programs and technical resources. Lean Six Sigma Black Belt
