Position Overview :

Planning, design, management and delivery of private subdivision and land development projects. The candidate brings progressive civil engineering experience and strong design ability, and manages projects, clients, schedules, budgets and junior staff.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead civil engineering and land development projects from planning through final design and construction; manage schedules, budgets, technical deliverables and client expectations. Lead and mentor Engineers, Designers and CADD Technicians.

Certifications:

Certified Municipal Engineer (CME), Certified Floodplain Manager (CFM), Professional Planner (PP). GIS, Hydroflow, stormwater modeling and drainage design tools.

Pay:

$110,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
