This is a full-time role that requires a flexible schedule based on project demands and the ability to travel as needed. Key Responsibilities for Project Manager Oversee heavy civil and infrastructure projects throughout the full project lifecycle, from preconstruction and planning through final completion. Establish and track project timelines, financial plans, cost projections, production targets, and performance benchmarks. Work closely with field superintendents, project engineers, subcontractors, vendors, clients, and owners to coordinate project execution. Manage and maintain essential project records, including prime contracts, subcontracts, RFIs, submittals, change directives, purchase orders, and other documentation. Review project performance regularly, including labor productivity, expenses, schedules, cash flow, and overall production, to keep projects aligned with company objectives. Facilitate project meetings, communicate progress and potential risks to stakeholders, and take the lead in addressing issues, delays, and other project challenges. Qualifications for Project Manager Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Business Administration, or a related discipline preferred. Minimum of five years of progressive project management experience within heavy civil, highway, infrastructure, or deep foundation construction. Demonstrated background managing transportation, municipal, industrial, commercial, or other large-scale infrastructure projects. Strong understanding of construction scheduling, financial forecasting, estimating, cost management, purchasing, subcontract administration, and contract compliance. Experience with unit-price and competitively bid work, along with publicly funded or government infrastructure projects, is highly desirable.
