Description:
You will be the Industrial Engineering Associate Manager - Level 4 for the Industrial Engineering team which is responsible for delivering data‑driven solutions that optimize manufacturing schedules and costs. What You Will Be Doing As the Industrial Engineering Associate Manager - Level 4 you will be responsible for using PLM, MRP, MES, data‑analytics, and visualization tools to generate actionable insights for the production organization.
Your responsibilities will include:
Collect, cleanse, and analyze production data from multiple sources to create metrics that support scheduling and cost‑reduction decisions. Develop automated reports and visual dashboards that enable real‑time performance monitoring. Partner with engineering, supply‑chain, quality, and operations teams throughout the product lifecycle to identify and close design‑to‑manufacturing gaps. Lead continuous‑improvement projects that streamline workflows, reduce waste, and improve overall equipment effectiveness. Mentor junior engineers on data‑analysis techniques, tool usage, and best‑practice documentation. Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college Direct experience in a similar role in a Manufacturing environment environment Experience with manufacturing systems like MES/ERP, and automation systems
Desired Skills:
Proven leader, with experience leading a multi-functional team Strong project management and organizational skills Excellent communication skills and experience tailoring presentations to stakeholders and varying levels of leadership Experience or familiarity with data tools (Tableau) and SQL Excellent communication skills (verbal, written and presentation), particularly with Production Operations Ability to construct PowerPoint presentation material and brief to senior leadership effectively

Work Schedules:
Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed.
