Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Superintendent to lead the management of complex multi-family, residential, and commercial construction projects. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing team committed to delivering high-quality Class A luxury apartment communities across Central Pennsylvania—both for current developments and future projects. To be considered for the role, you will possess 5+ years of construction experience managing, the day-to-day responsibilities for multiple complex projects with experience in skillfully leveraging both internal teams and external Trade Partners to deliver exceptional results to Plan—safely, efficiently, and on time. You will also need to demonstrate examples of your commitment to "always improving" and "delivering every day" to the highest standards and without error. Activities:
As a Superintendent, you will be responsible for overseeing multiple construction and service projects, effectively coordinating internal teams and Trade Partners to deliver results according to Plan. Success will be measured by your ability to execute priorities on time and within budget, guided by your mastery of the Design | Build Playbook. In this role, you will: Be responsible for the successful day-to-day management of multiple projects and the associated teams and/or Trade Partners. Verifying completion of work to Standard measured against Trade Partner priority schedules. Ensure multiple projects are executed according to blueprints and specifications. Daily management of Trade Partner relationships and work product according to Standard. Take accountability for education and adherence to Safety Standards.
