Job Description:
Job Overview TE's Aerospace Defense & Marine Division is currently seeking a highly motivated Manufacturing & Process Development Engineering Manager to lead the engineering team in the design, optimization, and implementation of manufacturing processes for new products in a rapidly growing climate. This role engages with global resources to ensure that project deliverables to the

process are on-quality, on-time, and on-cost. Job Requirements Lead, mentor, and develop a team of process development engineers, providing technical direction and career growth opportunities. Champion a TEOA Lean culture within the daily workflow of

introduction. Oversee the design, development, and validation of new manufacturing processes and technologies to improve safety, product quality and production efficiency. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R D, Quality, Operations, and Supply Chain to support the launch of production-ready new products. Infuse strong DFM/DFA principles to ensure delivery of robust, efficient and cost-effective designs that are manufacturable at full scale. Establish and maintain process documentation, including standard operating procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and process flow diagrams. Provide strategic Manufacturing Engineering oversight and guidance across a global portfolio of product. Identify areas for process improvement and implement Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and company policies throughout all process development activities. Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to achieve milestones and deliverables. Stay current with emerging manufacturing technologies and trends, recommending adoption where beneficial. What your background should look like Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Chemical, Optical or related field); Master's degree preferred. 10+ years of experience in manufacturing process development, with at least 3 years in a leadership or management role. Proven expertise in process design, optimization, and validation within a manufacturing environment. Demonstrated track record of strong leadership and organizational development. Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement methodologies. Experience with process automation, equipment selection, and implementation. Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate at all levels including across remote dynamics. Familiarity with regulatory requirements (e.g., ISO, FDA, OSHA) applicable to manufacturing processes.

COMPENSATION
  • Competitive base salary commensurate with experience: $130,800 - $163,500 (subject to change dependent on physical location)
  • Posted salary ranges are made in good faith. TE Connectivity reserves the right to adjust ranges depending on the experience/qualification of the selected candidate as well as internal and external equity.
  • Total Compensation = Base Salary + Incentive(s) + Benefits
