What you'll be doing Lead 6 engineers and 3 tool room techs at a growing plastics plant. You'll develop your team while working on what matters: process improvements, new equipment installations, and building systems that work. This plant is growing fast. That means budget for capital projects you can actually execute-not just talk about. Where you'll be Nazareth, PA. You'll report to the Director at the Pennsylvania facility. This is a new leadership role created for growth-you're not replacing someone who burned out. What you'll need Bachelor's in Engineering plus hands-on manufacturing experience. You've worked on production floors and integrated equipment before. You understand how to develop processes that stick while finding ways to improve them.
