EPAM Systems Keyword Location Search view all jobs Senior Quality Architect Newtown, PA Posted yesterday Apply Now We are looking for a Senior Quality Architect with deep expertise in pre-sales solutioning, AI-driven testing, and advanced test automation to join our Quality Engineering practice. In this strategic, client-facing role, you will lead the design of innovative testing solutions, drive RFP/RFI responses, and deliver compelling presentations that position our Quality Engineering capabilities to enterprise clients and key stakeholders. Req# 1079917119 Responsibilities Lead end-to-end response creation for complex RFPs, RFIs, and Statements of Work focused on Quality Engineering and Test Automation Develop compelling, client-centric proposals, estimation models, and solution architectures that clearly articulate our value proposition Lead technical discussions, discovery workshops, and solution walk-throughs with C-level executives, engineering leadership, and procurement stakeholders Deliver high-impact presentations and demonstrations showcasing Quality Engineering capabilities, accelerators, and frameworks Architect modern Quality Engineering solutions incorporating advanced Test Automation frameworks and AI-driven testing methodologies, including self-healing scripts, predictive analytics, and generative AI in testing Collaborate with delivery teams to validate that proposed solutions are feasible, scalable, and aligned with client expectations Partner with sales, account management, and Quality Engineering Center of Excellence leadership to identify cross-selling and up-selling opportunities Contribute to the development of reusable pre-sales assets, capability decks, and solution accelerators Stay current with emerging trends in Quality Engineering, AI/ML-driven testing, and test automation to continuously enhance our go-to-market strategy Requirements 15+ years of experience in IT Quality Engineering, with at least 5-8 years focused on pre-sales solutioning, proposal and estimation management, or client-facing advisory roles Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills with a proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, persuasive business narratives for executive audiences Deep hands-on background or architectural understanding of modern Test Automation frameworks such as Selenium, Playwright, Appium, and API automation tools Strong familiarity with AI and Machine Learning applications in Quality Engineering, including AI-generated test cases, autonomous testing tools, and intelligent defect prediction Demonstrated track record of building winning proposals, managing estimation models covering effort and pricing, and driving RFPs to successful closure Experience leading technical discussions and solution presentations with senior client stakeholders Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience Nice to have Experience working in a global delivery model with onshore and offshore teams Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and shift-left quality strategies Relevant industry certifications such as ISTQB, AWS or Azure DevOps, or Agile/Scrum certifications Experience contributing to Quality Engineering practice development or Center of Excellence initiatives We offer Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance (Subsidized) Health Savings Account Flexible Spending Accounts (Healthcare, Dependent Care, Commuter) Short-Term and Long-Term Disability (Company Provided) Life and AD&D Insurance (Company Provided) Employee Assistance Program Unlimited access to LinkedIn learning solutions Matched 401(k) Retirement Savings Plan Paid Time Off - the employee will be eligible to accrue 15-25 paid days, depending on specific level and tenure with EPAM (accrual eligibility may change over time) Paid Holidays - nine (9) total per year Legal Plan and Identity Theft Protection Accident Insurance Employee Discounts Pet Insurance Employee Stock Purchase Program If otherwise eligible, participation in the discretionary annual bonus program If otherwise eligible and hired into a qualifying level, participation in the discretionary Long-Term Incentive (LTI) Program This Remote Position Cannot be Performed in New York City. Individual compensation offers within the range are based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to: geographic location, experience, credentials, education, training; the demand for the role; and overall business and labor market considerations. Most candidates are hired at a salary within the range disclosed.
Salary range:
