Design-Build Project Consultant

Job Summary:

The Project Consultant guides the homeowner through the design-build process, from initial concept to completed project. You'll serve as both the trusted advisor and a sales leader, helping clients bring their dream remodels to life while ensuring their goals are met. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on building relationships, understands the design-build process, and enjoys combining problem solving with creativity.

Responsibilities:

Engage with clients to understand their design needs, and offer personalized design recommendations. Lead clients through the sales and design process. Maintain oversight and responsibility for assigned leads and sold projects. Creating scope of work to submit for pricing. Ensures precise project planning and budget alignment. Schedulingattendance of site walkthroughs, and sub/client meetings. Maintain a positive relationship and consistent communication with clients and team members. Attendanceinvolvement in regular meetings with Management, field staff, company-wide, etc. Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills Ability to inspire confidence and trust while managing multiple client relationships Regular attendance and punctuality are required. Operates safely in all conditions. Other duties and projects as assigned. Follows company policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent required. 3-5 years of successful sales experience in the design-build industry, remodeling, construction, or architecture. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities. Solid understanding of the design-build process and residential project lifecycle. Proficiency in Google Suite and CRM software; experience with design software is a plus. Customer-focused mindset with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships. Detail-oriented and meticulous in handling quotes, proposals, and orders. Self-Motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable working independently, and collaborating with a team, and across departments Professional attitude and appearance. Must be authorized to work in the United States.
