Description Senior Manager, Engineering, Perception, Planning, and Controls at Augean Robotics, Inc. located in Philadelphia, PA. Manage the Perception Planning and Controls team's technical work and drive the team to excellence; support the professional development of your team members, providing mentorship and guidance; drive and communicate the technical roadmap for perception planning and controls; ensure team alignment with the company vision and strategy; attract and retain high-will, high-skill engineers to the PPC team; drive excellence in the engineering team by continuing to stay up to date on best practices and developing technologies; contribute proactively to maximizing the company's revenue by providing customer-centric engineering solutions; tackle complex technical challenges across the autonomy systems, contributing to design and code improvements for safety-critical features; monitor field performance and customer experience to diagnose issues, implement technical solutions, and maintain reliable system operation. Requires Master's degree in Robotics, Robotics Engineering, a closely-related field or the equivalent, and 24 months experience in Perception, Planning and Controls.
