759988WD Up to 60% Manager Apply now Save Description The Opportunity As a Utilities EAM Maximo Consultant, Manager, you will specialize in Maximo applications, assisting clients in optimizing operational efficiency through analysis, implementation, training, and support tailored to Maximo software. Within our Business Application Consulting practice, you will leverage your growing business knowledge to identify opportunities that contribute to the success of our firm. You are expected to lead with integrity and authenticity, articulating our purpose and values in a meaningful way. In this role at PwC, you will take ownership of projects, validating their successful planning, budgeting, execution, and completion. You will be responsible for coaching and developing team members, leveraging their unique strengths to meet client expectations. By embracing technology and innovation, you will enhance your delivery and encourage others to do the same. You will also address conflicts or issues, engaging in challenging conversations with clients, team members, and other stakeholders, escalating where appropriate. Responsibilities- Leading the implementation and integration of Maximo software solutions to optimize client operational efficiency
- Analyzing client needs and developing tailored strategies for Maximo application deployment
- Providing training and support to clients for seamless Maximo software utilization
- Managing project planning, budgeting, execution, and completion to meet client expectations
- Guiding teams in strategic planning and execution of Maximo-related initiatives
- Utilizing analytical thinking to identify system linkages and interactions for improved performance
- Encouraging team development by mentoring and leveraging individual strengths
- Addressing conflicts and engaging in critical conversations with clients and stakeholders
- Promoting the adoption of emerging technologies and innovative practices in Maximo consulting
- Building and maintaining relationships with clients to identify and address operational challenges What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 5 years of experience What Sets You Apart
- Preference for a Master's or Masters of Business Administration degree in at least one of the following fields of study: Business Administration/Management, Chemical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Computer and Information Science, Computer Engineering, Construction Management, Electrical Engineering, Engineering, Engineering and Business, Industrial Engineering, Management Information Systems, Materials Science and Engineering, Nuclear Engineering, Production Engineering•Demonstrating proficiency in IBM Maximo Asset Management and Maximo Integration•Utilizing analytical thinking to enhance project outcomes and client satisfaction•Embracing emerging technologies to drive innovation in client solutions•Managing complex projects with a focus on strategic planning and execution•Excelling in coaching and mentoring team members to develop their skills•Leveraging experience in the energy, utilities, and mining sectors to deliver tailored solutions The salary range for this position is: $99,000•$232,000.
