Job Title:
Project Architect Essential Skills Bachelor's degree in Architecture. 8+ years of architectural experience, preferably with K-12, healthcare, educational, or laboratory projects. Proven project management experience, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and leading project teams. Demonstrated experience interfacing directly with clients, gathering requirements, and managing client relationships. Proficiency in Revit or AutoCAD for design and production of construction documents and drawings. Strong experience in construction administration and construction documentation. Job Description This Project Architect role offers the opportunity to manage and lead architectural projects from concept through completion, with a focus on healthcare, educational, and laboratory facilities. You will oversee small to medium-sized projects, occasionally contributing to larger-scale work, while coordinating multidisciplinary teams, interfacing directly with clients, and participating in design development using Revit and AutoCAD. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Kalamazoo, MI. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $50.48 - $50.48/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
