Job Description

As an AxiomSL Solution Director - APAC reporting to the Head of Region, you'll play a critical role in driving the regional growth strategy for AxiomSL — Nasdaq's regulatory reporting and risk solutions platform — across Asia-Pacific. You'll work closely with sales executives, product teams, and senior leadership to accelerate new client acquisition, upsell opportunities, and strategic transformation deals. You'll thrive in this position if you're strategic, commercially driven, and bring deep expertise in regulatory reporting to a fast-paced, high-impact environment with a global mindset. Key Responsibilities Drive regional growth for AxiomSL by leading strategic deal cycles, including new client acquisition, upsell, and strategic transformation engagements across APAC. Coach and collaborate with regional sales executives to advance pipeline development, deal progression, and quota attainment. Partner with Business Development, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to design and execute targeted go-to-market campaigns. Represent the sales organization on Product Review Boards, ensuring product investments reflect market needs and revenue priorities. Build and nurture senior client relationships, engaging with C-suite and Business Head stakeholders to align solutions with their strategic objectives Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. Extensive enterprise software sales experience, including long-cycle, complex solution selling in financial services or technology. Deep expertise in banking regulatory reporting and risk solutions. Proven track record of closing high-value deals with C-suite and Business Head stakeholders across multiple markets. Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and align diverse internal and external stakeholders. Willingness to travel for business. This position can be located in Hong Kong or Singapore and offers the opportunity for a hybrid work environment at least 3 days a week in-office, subject to change, providing flexibility and accessibility for qualified candidates.
