Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Professional Engineer (PE) to join our Land Development team in a Project Manager capacity. This individual will play a key role in leading projects, managing internal teams, and serving as a trusted partner to clients. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage land development projects from concept through completion Oversee project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation Serve as the primary point of contact for client relationships and communication Prepare and review proposals, contracts, and project scopes Coordinate across internal disciplines (civil, surveying, planning, environmental, etc.) Mentor and guide junior engineers and technical staff Ensure quality control and adherence to regulatory standards Support business development efforts and identify new opportunities Qualifications Bachelors' Degree in Civil Engineering from an ABET accredited program is required A minimum of 7 years of relevant experience as a project engineer or engineering intern A valid NC Professional Engineering (PE) license is required Highly detail oriented and possess excellent organizational , communication , and problem-solving skills Actively engages multiple perspectives when solving problems, seeks to learn from peers, and encourages reciprocal learning among team members Strong time management and analytical skills Effective Client Relations and public speaking capabilities Effective written communication skills Possess a focus on quality and the ability to perform quality control review AutoCAD Civil3D proficiency is required Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel.
