- you will lead the engineering teams that provide support to the production of carbon brake manufacturing at three of our Associate Manufacturing Facilities (AMF) located in Pueblo, CO; Spokane, WA; and Santa Fe Springs, CA.

What You Will Do:
- + Set and execute carbon technology strategy, driving R D initiatives, innovation, and intellectual property development.
Qualifications You Must Have:
- + Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and minimum 14 years prior relevant experience in manufacturing, materials or process engineering or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 12 years of experience in manufacturing, materials or process engineering + 5 + years of engineering leadership experience (people, operations, budgets, strategy) + Experience in product integrity, quality systems, and engineering change management (e.

- + Advanced degree (MS or PhD) in Engineering or Materials Science + Multi-site managerial experience + Experience with carbon materials, friction materials, or braking systems + Experience with aerospace or other highly regulatory environments + Background in R D leadership or technology strategy + Familiarity with dyno testing or tribology

- The salary range for this role is 186,200 USD - 353,800 USD.
RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
