Skills Proven management experience with a track record of leading large teams and executive-level teams effectively. Expertise in profit & loss analysis, financial management, and operational oversight. Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple initiatives simultaneously. Excellent managerial communication skills to convey strategic vision clearly and motivate teams. Deep understanding of business management principles including sales strategies and customer service excellence. Data-driven decision-making capabilities supported by proficiency in Excel data analysis tools. Strategic planning expertise combined with a focus on process improvement and operational efficiency.
