We have a clear strategy in place which puts clients at the centre of what we do. We are looking to add to our growing Global EM FX team at NWM. This role will be based in Stamford, but you will work closely within the Global pod with teams based in London and Singapore. Your focus will be driving the

franchise alongside exploring untapped opportunities in the wider EM space in that time zone. You will benefit from having access to our Global customer franchise including a strong mix of Corporate, FI, Real Money and Private Fund names.

• Role Responsibilities:

• + Provide consistent levels of pricing, ensuring that the client pricing capability is consistent with business goals + Develop strong EM FX offering across traditional Voice and Electronic venues + Develop and implement target client acquisition, penetration and product plans for product / region and client base + Increase client connectivity through strategy, communication and client engagement + Contribute to the Global EM franchise development, reviewing all flows and market movements across various regions and building strong communication channels with wider teams + Conduct regular reviews looking at key flow metrics as well as desk performance and formulate plans to address underperforming areas + Contribute to the overall desk trading strategy + Ensure that your product area is compliant with dealing authorities, positions and risk limits, as well as our regulators' rules and regulations + Escalate any risk breaches or system weaknesses in line with policies, whether this be related to market risk, conduct risk, operational risk or otherwise •

Role Requirements:

• + Deep understanding of the FX market along with proven knowledge of relevant products + Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders and counterparts + Outstanding team work and communication skills + Strong work ethic and a high degree of initiative + Client and solutions experience with relevant client types + Proven understanding of the regulatory environment affecting the FX business + Experience creating efficiencies and improvements in workflows and processes + Bi-lingual in Spanish is a plus •

Role Qualifications:

• + 5+ years of experience in EM FX Trading expertise, ideally covering Latam NDFs + University Degree The expected base annual salary range for this position is $215,000-$285,000 at the start of employment.

This is not a guarantee of compensation. The exact compensation is determined on an individualized basis and may vary based on skills, experience, training licensure, certifications and location.
