What this job involves -This position is responsible for leading strategic operations programs, providing field technical support, and managing centralized operations activities. The role involves overseeing engineering staff, supporting building operations, developing strategic plans, and ensuring consistent maintenance management practices across the portfolio.

Your day-to-day tasks will include:
  • Leading and supporting the engineering staff to develop a high-performing team
  • Supporting building operations through integrated facilities management and engineering
  • Developing and maintaining a strategic plan for the engineering team
  • Managing the service center, security, data management, and EHS teams
  • Identifying and mitigating risks to client facilities
  • Implementing and managing computerized maintenance management systems
  • Administering the JLL Engineering Services Compliance Program
  • Developing and implementing training programs based on skills assessments and safety requirements
  • Overseeing the development and implementation of energy management programsDesired experience and technical skills -
Required:
  • Undergraduate degree in business administration, engineering, engineering technology, or related field
  • Minimum 10 years of direct supervision of multi-building operations
  • Extensive knowledge of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire suppression systems in commercial/critical facilities
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written)
  • Strong organizational skills and collaborative management style
Preferred:
  • Experience with energy management and efficiency programs
  • Familiarity with computerized maintenance management systems
  • Knowledge of environmental health and safety regulations
  • Experience in developing and implementing standard processes for utility consumption reporting This position does not provide visa sponsorship.

Estimated compensation for this position:
225,000.00 - 250,000.00 USD per year This range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
