Location Description The Post Consumer Brands plant in Tremonton, Utah is part of the company's West Coast network, with more than 220 team members supplying Malt-O-Meal bag cereals, PEBBLES cereals, and more to a variety of retailers. When you join the Tremonton team, you'll be joining a group of motivated problem-solvers and safety-first culture. Responsibilities As an Engineering Project Manager III at our Tremonton, Utah facility, you will lead complex engineering projects that strengthen safety, quality, cost performance, and maintenance reliability. You will guide work from early concept and business justification through design, installation, start-up, and handoff, keeping teams aligned around clear scope, schedule, budget, quality, and performance expectations. This role brings together technical problem-solving and hands-on project leadership. You will partner with plant teams, suppliers, consultants, and contractors to deliver food manufacturing, packaging, and infrastructure improvements that support reliable operations and long-term growth.
