Job Description
As an Engineering Manager - Hardware and Digital Services here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in managing engineering services, including technical documentation, product data packages, and hardware coordination. You will be responsible for overseeing the production of customer deliverables and ensuring the highest level of service quality in support of products ranging from commercial aircraft flight control actuation systems to strategic defense platforms. In addition, you will be at the forefront of identifying and deploying new technology methods to enhance these engineering services and drive digital transformation. You will report directly to our Director of Engineering, Actuation Systems within the Control Systems (CS) Strategic Business Unit (SBU) and work out of our Tempe, Arizona location on a hybrid work schedule. In this role, you will impact the efficiency, accuracy, and customer satisfaction of our engineering services through your strategic vision and technical expertise. You will manage a team of professionals and work with cross-functional teams to develop and implement innovative solutions. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage engineering services, including documentation, product data packages, and hardware coordination
Oversee the production of customer deliverables and ensure high service quality
Identify and deploy new technology methods to streamline workflows and improve operational efficiency
Work with cross-functional teams (project engineering, sourcing, quality) to develop and implement innovative solutions
Drive digital transformation initiatives to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction including accurate and near-real time status reporting

Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws, regulations and contractual requirements, candidate must be a U.S. citizen.
YOU MUST HAVE
Bachelor's degree in engineering or a technical discipline
Minimum of 7 years of experience in product engineering or related roles
WE VALUE
Strong knowledge of documentation, product data packages, and hardware coordination processes
Strong knowledge of product and process flow of hardware through the factory Proven track record of successfully executing and overseeing customer deliverables
Excellent communication, collaboration, problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Demonstrated team leadership and development skills
Experience with digital transformation initiatives and technology / process deployment
Experience with engineering and automation tools (Teamcenter, DOORS / DOORS NG, Rational Publishing Engine, SAP, MS Office, WRS, Tableau)
