Integration Manager

Job Description An Insight Global customer is seeking to hire an Integration Manager in the Toledo, OH area. This person will be responsible for taking new products and technology improvements from the R+D team and ensuring production success in the manufacturing and quality teams. The ideal candidate for this role will have at least 10 years of experience with upstream thin-films process engineering, specifically DFMEA to improve device, hardware and system designs. Success for this role is determined on meeting on-time product deadlines and implementing successful new technologies into production. The person who fills this role can expect to be a "working manager" where they will be responsible for two supervising engineers and a handful of technicians. This role does require in-person office time in the Toledo, OH area, however there is some limited remote work flexibility. We can offer a salary of $125,000 to $170,000 plus performance bonuses for this opportunity. Exact compensation may differ depending on education and years of experience. • Bachelor's Degree required in engineering (physics, chemical, electrical, material science or related preferred).
• 10+ years of professional experience working in systems engineering, integration engineering or hardware engineering in the semiconductor, solar or similar industries.
• Specific experience with upstream DFMEA device/module improvements (downstream, manufacturing/yield integration experience is not relevant).
• Leadership experience
• must have had at least 1-2 direct reports previously, but full-time management experience is not a requirement.
• Strong data analysis skills
• experience with SPC, Multivariate Analysis, Root Cause Analysis, Regression Analysis and Design of Experiments (DOE)
• Experience with statistical software tools such as JMP
• Must have experience in large, matrixed organizations and proven experience coordinating multiple competing departments to rally around a common goal. Must have a proactive, and productively skeptical personality
• look at problems from all angles.
• Master's or Ph.

D. in engineering strongly preferred (physics, chemical, electrical, material science or related preferred)
