Job Description:

We are looking for a strategic leader to head the cross-functional team responsible for the design and integration of complex roof systems for their SUV product line. What You Get to

Do:

End-to-End Design:

Lead the design and integration of the Exterior Roof System and related sub-systems from concept to production. •

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Work closely with Design, Manufacturing, and Quality teams to ensure system compatibility and performance. •

Validation:

Oversee system-level validation and verification (DVP&R) activities to meet safety and regulatory standards. •

Strategic Planning:

Develop timelines and deliverables aligned with major program milestones. What You Bring to the

Team:

Experience:

10+ years of Design Release Engineering (DRE) experience specifically with Exterior Roof systems and Body Sealing. •

Technical Mastery:

Deep knowledge of

CATIA, PLM

systems, DFMEA, and GD&T. •

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Automotive Engineering (Master's preferred). •

Soft Skills:

A "start-up spirit" with the ability to lead technical tradeoffs and build a team from the ground up in a fast-paced environment. •

Physical/Travel:

Ability to travel up to 20% and perform tasks on-site as needed.

Pay:

$170,000.00 - $185,000.00 per year
