What You Will Do:

Handle part releases as orders require through SAP. Update the team shared document to include the following information: Stock on Hand for parts, Delivery Quantities, Shipped Quantities. Work within Servigistics tool to handle deferrals, releases, expedites, and any needed order updates. Coordinate and escalate with customer team as needed for high priority part assistance. Communicate across teams to acquire details as to reason for delays.

What You Will Bring:

3+ years of experience in supply chain or related field. Planning experience is a plus. Experience in handling cross-team communication and correspondence in a productive and streamlined manner. Knowledge in utilizing ERP systems; SAP is a bonus. Experience with Servigistics a plus. Managing and working in shared Excel documents, handling Outlook and shared team files.

Pay Range:

$62,000 - $65,000 per year Compensation decisions are made based on factors including experience, skills, education, and other job-related factors, in accordance with our internal pay structure. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, paid time off, and retirement plan.

Work Requirements:

We offer flexible work options, including hybrid arrangements, to support the need of the role and align with company policies. This position is located in Rockford, IL and is considered hybrid with 2days required on-site. You must be able to commute to and from the location with your own transportation arrangements to meet the required working hours. Shop floor environment, which may include but not limited to extensive walking, and ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
