Manage activities, resource capability, schedules, budgets, and ensure cross company communications to facilitate product completion on schedule within budget. Work with engineering management to identify and improve process and program efficiencies.

Job Description

Your role As a Project Engineer,your mission is to serve as the primary technical point of contact for customers, ensuring projects are successfully executed from kickoff through commissioning by managing project scope, coordinating cross-functional teams, and delivering exceptional customer experience. You will report to the Systems Engineering Manager. You will Act as the key technical contact for customers, providing clear communication and support throughout the lifecycle of assigned projects. Review customer specifications, define and manage the technical scope of supply, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure project requirements are met. Schedule engineering resources, track deliverables, manage scope changes, and provide regular project status updates to support on-time, high-quality project execution. You have 3+ years of experience working in an engineering, project engineering, or customer-facing technical role. A bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline such as Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent years of experience. Experience working directly with customers and coordinating cross-functional teams to successfully execute technical projects. Working knowledge of centrifugal compressors and turbomachinery specifications is highly preferred. Strong interpersonal communication, teamwork, and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. A demonstrated track record of achieving goals and delivering results in a customer-focused environment.
