Boldt is hiring a Project Executive to lead the delivery of power stations and generation facilities—owning outcomes from pursuit handoff through construction execution as the senior, owner-facing leader. You'll set the strategy and build the team to deliver complex gas thermal and fossil (coal) programs, including simple and combined cycle plants, with hands-on oversight across turbines (heat/steam turbine systems), HRSG scope (including single-pass and 2-pass configurations), high-voltage interfaces, and the trade partner ecosystem that makes these projects run. You'll drive disciplined performance across safety, schedule, cost, quality, and margin, lead risk and contract conversations, champion Lean delivery, and develop project leaders who can execute at a high bar—while building the long-term client relationships that win the next station. The anticipated salary range for this position is $138,200•$186,133 annually. This information reflects the anticipated base salary for this position based on current market data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Actual pay will be adjusted based on an individual's skills, experiences, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
