Job Description

About the job:- We are looking for two candidates one for Project Engineer and one for Project Manager in Civil Engineering - Land Development. Seeking a qualified Project Engineer with 4+ years of experience and a Project Manager to work in the Land Development Department in our Melville, New York office for an immediate start. The work includes site/civil design and permitting for residential, multi-family, commercial, industrial and retail projects.
Responsibilities/Top Skills/Qualifications:
Design, permit and construction plans & specifications Site planning Grading and drainage Knowledge of local permitting agencies and regulations a benefit Client & contractor coordination AutoCAD / Civil3D Proficient in Microsoft Office Good verbal communication, written communication, and organizational skills
Management Responsibilities/Qualifications:
